Now the pan card of sellers in cases of physical share transfer is mandatory.
Large number of investors having physical shares alongwith old transfer deeds either returned un transferred or without sending it for transfer.Now the sellers are not provided the pan saying that it is old matter & in some cases either shifted without address,not traceable or died.
W hat is solution for effecting transfer of such shares & why the investors associations are silent in this matter as large number of investors are helpless
