Reminder - Notice to Shareholders of Versuni India Home Solutions Limited for the Proposed Initial Public Offering
We refer to the notice dated August 29, 2025 ("Notice")
delivered to you, pursuant to which we requested your in-principle
confirmation, in the format prescribed as "Annexure D - In-principle
Confirmation Format" to the Notice, for your participation in the offer
for sale component of the proposed initial public offering of the
Company's equity shares ("Equity Shares"), if undertaken.
This is a reminder that the deadline for submitting the duly completed and executed in-principle confirmation remains 6:00 p.m. (IST) on Friday, September 19, 2025. In the event that we do not receive your duly completed and signed confirmation by the aforementioned time, it shall be presumed that you do not wish to participate in the proposed offer for sale component of the initial public offering, and consequently none of the Equity Shares held by you will be included in the offer.
Shareholders who have already provided their consent to the Offer for Sale (OFS) Letter may kindly ignore this communication.
