has over 30 years of hands-on experience in all matters pertaining to
housing societies and he can also help draft legal documentation for any

property related matters and the various resolution mechanisms
available, he can provide out-of-box solutions for any practical issue.
He is also fluent in seven languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada,
