The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated September 25, 2018 for delisting and also with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Monday, January 20, 2020.

Regarding payment of compensation to the shareholders of Assam Co , please take up the issue with SEBI.
Sir, who is responsible for not giving compensation to the shareholders of Assam co. What sebi, bse, NSE were doing? Is there any way to get compensation for the stocks in holding kindly suggest or can I move to the consumer court for the deficiency in service against the co , sebi, bse and nse.
