The famous Indian auto company Mahindra and Mahindra was originally named Mahindra and Mohammad Ltd .
In
1947 , partner Malik Ghulam Muhammad .chose to migrate to Pakistan to
become the first Finance Minister of Pakistan .and the Indian company
was renamed Mahindra and Mahindra.

We feel very proud to recount that after partition , Prime Minister Liaqat Ali Khan of newly created Pakistan had invited MH Premji father of Azim Premji ( of WIPRO Ltd ) to come to Pakistan where he was offered the post of Finance Minister of Pakistan .
