ANNUAL%20REPORT.pdf
the market for Industrial Relays. By offering switching solutions for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles we have been able to further consolidate
our strong position in the Automotive market.
Keeping in mind the vast potential for our Latching Relays used in Smart Energy Meters in Advanced Metering Infrastructure, we are
continuously adding new products, new customers, and fresh business in this segment. Our range of mainstream Industrial Relays is being
increased to cover more applications and customers in Industrial Controls, Automation and Internet of Things (IoT). As a part of our
diversification efforts we have successfully developed and are continuously supplying certain custom-built electromechanical products for the
Defence market.
Almost all our recent and planned investments are for adding production capacity on popular product lines, plant modernization and installation
of state-of-the-art equipment with focus on Automation. This is paying off with improved consistency in product quality and reliability, while,
at the same time, significantly improving productivity levels and minimizing manpower deployment. Digitalization is being rapidly implemented
to increase operational efficiency and response.
We continue to strengthen our Sourcing, Value Engineering, Supply Chain Management and implement Lean Manufacturing practices to
control costs by optimizing utilization of existing assets and leveraging our resources. Our multi-locational manufacturing facilities enable
us to offer customers better logistical support and sourcing options.
While the Company plans future investments, it is imperative that the State and Central Governments create a socially and politically harmonious
environment that promises economic stability and industrial peace. Only then can industries like ours survive and flourish.
