It was promoted by NRI , Kewal Dhillon . Registered Office has shifted from Dhillon Complex Manimajra ( Chandigarh ) to the factory premises   on the Ludhiana - Chandigarh Road . There has been reduction in the share capital so a fresh share certificate for reduced number of shares was issued . . The Company has not been sending any Annual Report for the last many years.
