Minimum Share Holding Rule -Many PSU FPO and Non PSU- OFS on Cards

Chances are  of PSU companies like ITDC ( India Tourism Development Corp ) and MMTC , STC may come out with FPO s.

 Private sector companies like Bajaj Corp , Omaxe may take OFS route .
