SEBI should , also , ensure that Unquoted shares which were exclusively listed on erstwhile Regional Stock Exchanges ( like Delhi Stock Exchange, Calcutta Stock Exchange , Madras Stock Exchange etc which Stock Exchanges have now become non-operational )are either Relisted on BSE / NSE or Promoters Delist such shares after giving their share holders a just Exit opportunity.
