These days , seeing the craze ( even with in my family ) for an Android Mobile for a mere Rs. 251, reminds me of a sequence , in the film , where Raj Kapoor under his Ponzi handlers floats a bogus Scheme promising a House in Mumbai ( Bombay ) for Rs. 100 .
