NBI Ind Fin-Dharna s Planned-Misdeclaration in Annual Report- Shareholders Agitated

Shareholders of NBI Industrial Finance ,who had been suffering for long because of Non Listing ( as NBI Industrial was exclusively listed at Delhi Stock Exchange ) feel insult is being added to injury by NBI Industrial Finance misdeclaring in their Annual Report ( AGM on 24/9/16 , at Kolkata ) that their shares are LISTED when ,actually  ,their shares areUNLISTED.
