2 ) Share capital of Vast Textiles is being reduced by approximately 66 % ( meaning one new share for every Three old shares of Vast Textiles ).
VERY IMPORTANT : Point No.13:2 ( Page 17 of Court Meeting Notice ) states that those shareholders who are entitled to LESS than 250 NEW Shares would have their shares compulsorily sold off as Default Option.
ALL THOSE SHAREHOLDERS ( getting less than 250 New Shares )WHO WISH TO RETAIN SHARES SHOULD WRITE THEIR SHARES OPTION TO THE COMPANY ( BY REGD POST / SPEED POST ) .
