We are sending the scanned copies of allotment letter and the CRB
Capital Bond no.7334 and Distinctive no. 00011505 and a copy of our
application dated 25/6/97 ,as talked to you over the phone, please
arrange to inform me about the present position in the approved list of
accepted or objected claims regarding the repayment of the above
mentioned bond.And the procedure as to how i can approach the
disbursement committee for the purpose.Your kind response will make me
feel highly obliged.
