Midas Touch Forces SEBI to Act

Delisting of about 2000 suspended companies at BSE and NSE was taken up by Midas Touch Investors Association with SEBI and then through a PIL inDelhi HighCourt filed in 2012. The hearing is going on.
Similarly, about 5000 companies are exclusively listed at now-recognised stock exchanges. SEBI did nothing to protect their investors interest. Midas Touch has filed a Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court against refusal of Delhi HC to admit its PIL. It is likely to come up for hearing post. Summer vacations.
We are surprised that your news has totally ignored Midas contribution in these issues which has forced Sebi to act.
