Can anyone throw light on Hidden Value of Dhruv Estates Ltd (BSE Code : 507886)
As per last annual report of the company, promoters are trying to delist the shares from exchange and also wants to dispose off land held (15 acrs 38 gts) by company in Palghar
Equity of the company is too low of only 9,62,300 shares out of which 6,23,000 shares are held by Promoters
